Project Background:
This place holds memories for generations of residents, but it has gradually aged over time. To preserve these precious memories, we aim to restore the town’s former glory by creating a one-stop cultural, tourism, and shopping destination. This will infuse the town with new vitality and vibrancy while establishing its unique identity to boost the local economy.
Project Requirements:
1. Layout: Design themed scenes in specific locations, ensuring design elements harmonize with the surrounding environment; 2. Store Design: Designs should reflect current trends and be highly functional, with the second floor available for relaxation and dining; 3. Materials & Craftsmanship: Materials must be non-polluting, and stores must be capable of bearing heavy loads.
Operational Results:
1. Distinctive themed scenes with unique exterior designs. Graffiti elements are incorporated throughout the themed scenes, with each theme featuring distinct designs. LED strip lighting adorns the exteriors, creating eye-catching vistas at every turn. 2. The town’s new look has been widely embraced by the public, attracting numerous tourists. The fusion of trendy themed scenes with the town’s industrial aesthetic has created a vibrant, artistic atmosphere. Since its opening, foot traffic has continued to rise, successfully boosting the local economy.
